How to spot a suspicious listing
Warning signs, and what we will never ask you for.

Step by step
- Be wary of a price far below the area.
- Be wary of anyone who will not show the home in person.
- Never pay a deposit by transfer before seeing anything.
- If something does not add up, report the listing.
We will never ask you for money up front to view a home, nor through a payment link, nor through instant messaging.
If somebody claims to be calling on our behalf and asks for that, they are not: write to us through the contact form and check.
